The BSRT brings together Berlin and Potsdam’s Universities and other renowned research institutions in and around Berlin and their international top-level scientists who are dedicated to the training of tomorrow’s interdisciplinary scientists. These Universities and several institutes of Germany’s large research organisations such as the Max Planck Society, Helmholtz and Leibnitz Association open their research facilities to BSRT students and guarantee cutting-edge research and state-of-the-art technology. Beyond its collaborations and networks in and around Berlin, the BSRT maintains strong partnerships with internationally renowned Universities and commercial enterprise.

Research & Development

The BSRT work in close association with the Berlin-Brandenburg Centre for Regenerative Therapies (BCRT), one of Germany's research centers aiming at translating scientific discoveries into clinical applications. BSRT and BCRT are joined in the same premises bringing together research and education in the pleasant green surroundings of the Charité Campus Virchow Klinikum. This environment stimulates a culture of open discussion where PhD students can meet experienced scientists and exchange their ideas with qualified medics helping them to progress in their research.
